Challenge not only your knee joint but also your hamstrings! I love incorporating a slider on days I want to focus on the pulling part of the motion. What is your favorite knee CAR variation?

I believe that almost everyone should incorporate some sort of spinal flexion in their training. Would you avoid moving any other joint in all of its ROM? If you’re dealing with back pain comment “PAIN” and we can find to a way to get rid of it 🤝🏼
