The Most Common Questions

Will I have to keep coming back every week?

No — we’re not that type of chiropractic clinic. At REBUILT, our goal is to get you better, not keep you coming in forever. We design results-driven treatment plans that aim to provide long-term relief, build strength, and get you back to doing the things you love, all in as few visits as necessary.

What makes you different than any other chiropractic clinics?

What makes REBUILT different is our one-on-one, personalized approach that blends chiropractic care and performance training. Dr. Richmond uses hands-on therapy, mobility work, and active rehab to help you move and feel your best. With years of experience, advanced certifications, and a background working with both pro athletes and everyday movers, you're in expert hands.

What should I expect during treatment?

Each session is one-on-one and completely tailored to you. Treatment typically includes a combination of hands-on manual therapy (like adjustments, soft tissue work, or dry needling) and active rehab exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, and long-term function. You'll also receive a clear plan on what to do between visits — whether that’s mobility drills, strength work, or daily habit changes.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first appointment will include a detailed history, full movement assessment, and diagnosis so we can understand your pain, injury, or performance goals. From there, we’ll dive into hands-on treatment and give you clear steps to start making progress right away. You’ll leave with a customized game plan, knowing exactly what we’re working on and why — no guesswork, no vague answers.

Do you take insurance

Yes — we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice. If you have a different insurance provider, we are considered out-of-network but can provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA cards and offer competitive cash rates to keep care accessible and transparent.

Why SElf pay might be better than insurance

Cash pay gives you more freedom and flexibility with your care — no visit limits, no insurance restrictions, and no need to justify treatment to a third party. Most insurance only covers care that's medically necessary, not wellness or performance visits. You can still use HSA/FSA funds to pay for cash sessions tax-free.
